(no subject)

Realized something interesting last night -

I haven't been moved at all when Dumbledore died in Halfbloodprince... it's been just "okay so now he's dead as I predicted, hope she isn't that birdbrained to bring him back to life somehow next book".
But whenever I read a fanfiction where Dumbledore dies I'm reduced to a pathetically sobbing being.

What's wrong with me?!
