NaNoWriMo Update - Day 16

It's 3 a.m. and I really should be in bed by now. But first the promised update:

As anticipated, the re-write turned out to be a good idea - I've expanded the scene by several hundred words, and started in on a new one directly following the one I re-wrote.
So it was worth it, in the end.

Anyway, here's my "official" word-count for day 16 (screenshot taken a few minutes before midnight):



Since I was eating dinner around midnight, I did catch up with my day-16 word-goal slightly afterwards, and -unsurprisingly- kept on writing for another few hundred words after that. So here's the "inofficial" word-count for today, which NaNo-stats counts as part of day 17:



I'll need to write somwhere around 700 words to get to day-17's word-goal, which shouldn't be too hard, since I just started into a new scene and just have to pick up from where I left it in order to get some sleep.
