Fanfiction
Apr. 26th, 2007 01:13 pmthis post is dedicated to
anal_cram_ink :)
Well... I haven't read any fanfiction in more than a year... I don't know why it stopped, but somehow it stopped and although I tried some time to start reading again it didn't work out.
All the things I started reading bored me to death or made me want to kill the author (sorry!) because of their language-use or their unimaginative way of writing/plotting. I didn't get further than two pages at the most.
Even the fics I liked quite a lot before were suddenly not the same and so I stopped reading again.
And all these months I never had the guts to read my most beloved fictions --> "The boy who lived a bit" and "Care of Magical Teenagers" by
anal_cram_inkI somehow didn't dare to spoil these wonderful stories with my inability to read fics.
Yesterday night everything changed. I recommended Barbs stories to
littlenadeshiko and somehow started searching for the comments I wrote ... and after I have read every single word I posted to those stories I simply had to reread the stories.
To cut a long story short: I couldn't stop reading until I nearly fell asleep infront of the screen.
I'm back *grins*
And... Barb... I promise to catch up with "Beaters and Seekers" as soon as possible ;o)
~still love your stories, still adore you~ ;o)
Thank you for bringing back what's been missing in my life during the last year!

Date: 2007-04-26 12:38 pm (UTC)*tight hugs* Thank-you so very much for this lovely entry, m'darling. :) After a big, busy day, this was just the most beautiful thing to find at the top of my Flist when I got back online when I arrived home.
It's amazing to think of stories I've written giving people so much joy. And what's even more amazing, is being told so in no uncertain terms. :) Thanks again, sweetness. I'm terribly flattered!

There's nothing to be thanked for... I still want to marry you as I told you some time ago... you're my goddess... nothing more to say there ;)
