He'd never given a blowjob before, but a half-naked Snape was enough to inspire anyone to drop to their knees and give it their best effort.

Yeah! That's fucking well inspiring...

Last night I had a very strange experience... reading this great stuff about Harry, Sev, George and Fred; getting all hot with my little teenage-brother lying in bed next to me.
It's probably not the best idea to share ones bed with anybody who's not your lover (or Severus Snape for that matter...) while reading this gorgeous piece of porn. *yummie*

But hey - I managed it though... and survived. And had quite a lot of fun. And very very bad dreams *naughty grin* And I liked it.

Imagination is a great thing. And to give one's fancy full scope is even better.

At times like these I love being a girl... having dirty dreams without fear of waking up with a hard-on... *smirks* That's pretty cool...

You gave me cookies, so I friended you. I like people who give me cookies and chocolate-covered Snapes! *grin* If you mind, please let me know; I won't be offended.

The scene above: where is that in Amy's stuff? When they finally touch each other in QoE, I may spontaneously combust.

And as I like people who friend me, I friended you too.

The quote above is taken out of QoE-Chapter "A Temporary Arrangement" and it's one of my favourite bits of the story.

Oh... another chocolate-covered Snape for you... you're the first person who's posting a comment in my lj! At least the first person I didn't force to do ist ;o)

I just found it. After reading the quotes, I was inspired to re-read the story. Ah, the dramatic tension between Severus and Harry! I just love this story. I'm glad she's regularly posting chapters again. I'm also thrilled you enjoyed it, as I was one of two people to recommend it in the first place. ;-) It does seem like Barb's kind of story, doesn't it?

I think I left off Lamardeuse's "A Taste of Liberty" off my recs for you. It is a HP/Queer As Folk crossover. When I first read it, I had never seen Queer As Folk. It's not necessary to be familiar with it. It did inspire me to rent (and then buy) it, though; be warned.

(I'm sorry for not linking you directly to most stories, by the way. I always feel like I shouldn't skip the warnings, as authors put them there for their own protection. I know you are +18, but I like to follow their stated policies if they request it.)

Well yeah - it seems to be absolutely Barb's kind of story.
I couldn't stop reading it, so I printed it all and spent some hours in bed... reading instead of sleeping. And it's been worth the time!

Yesterday I read all of Amys shorter fics and at the moment I'm stuck at chapter 14 of "What Seperates Us". It's been a while that one author impressed me that much, that I spend days with his/her work... the last one has been Barb ;o)

And thank you for the link! *bounces happily*
By the way - it's no problem that you are not linking directly - most of the time I enjoy flipping through their pages and finding other stories of them too ;o)
At least at Amy's it worked really well ;o)

Do you know the fanfics of "Mione5" at fanfiction.net?

No, I haven't read her? Is there one you would recommend to start? I'm afraid I must start getting ready for work, so I can't read it now, but I will when I get home tonight.

I saw one that was labeled H/D, so I should say that I am strictly a S/H shipper. I will read fanfic with other people (like the twins,) but I almost NEVER read them paired with anyone else. I guess that comes from being with only my husband for 15 years. ;-)

Thanks for the rec!

Oh yeah I'd absolutely recommend Mione5.
She's one of the reasons im such an Snarry-addict.

Betrayal of the worst kind is a WIP, and quite good so far
The Road to recovery is long and winding is not exactly a Snarry for there are no pairings but there is kind of parental-love relationship between the two of them... the story's absolutely worth reading
No more than he deserves and its sequel Harry Potter and the War with The Minister are wonderful...

and Past the Scar is the first of her fics I read and I really love it. It's probably one of the best I've ever seen.
