Yes, I'm doing it - or at least trying my best, despite having no time to embark on a 50.000 word adventure, but hey... you gotta try, right?

Anyway, to hold myself accountable, here's my statistic for today:


I'm still having difficulties getting into the flow, after going so long without any creative writing at all. It's rather hard, but I felt like it's been getting a bit easier towards the end of today - but of course, I most likely won't be able to find time to write during the next couple of days. Any progress made today will just disappear again :/

I'll keep you posted anyway folks :)
(And YES, I'm writing fanfic... VigOrli fanfic *rubs hands*)

Best of luck with that! There's no way in a million years I could write that much in a month so I will wish you luck with your mammoth undertaking!

I know it's completely insane!

The last time I managed to write even approximately that amount of fiction in just a few weeks was right after I graduated from school - and didn't have anything better to do than laze around until I started uni...

But I figured that even if I don't "win" NaNo (I hate that terminology, by the way) at least I will have written a decent amount of words in any case at the end of the month (and let's face it - for a person who hasn't written anything at all for fun in years even my current word-count is a huge success ;) )
